A one on one session focusing on taking the steps to optimal health. After completing a health history questionnaire. We will meet for a review of the questionnaire and conduct a verbal and physical examination. The physical examination includes tongue, palm, face and pulse assessment. After Discussing your desires and obstacles, Colleen will design a personalized Ayurvedic lifestyle plan that is accessible, effective and meets your goals.

These plans typically include: diet recommendations, herbal supplements, morning routine suggestions, breath work, yoga, and holistic bodywork.
